Resourceful Women
Australia’s network for women in mining, resources and blue-collar careers

Who We Are
Resourceful Women™ is a female-owned and operated careers and recruitment consultancy and focused network that helps women obtain, grow and lead careers in mining, resources and other blue‑collar industries. Our community consists of more than 40,000 women across Australia and New Zealand who are actively working or seeking roles in the sector.
Founded by Dani Tamati (Director, THE resources HUB™ & Resourceful Women™, former President of the WA Mining Club and long‑time CoRE Learning Foundation board member) and co‑led by Sienna Tamati, we combine industry knowledge, trusted connections and practical, hands‑on support to accelerate career progression.
With growing demand for skilled workers and a national push for greater gender diversity, our programs, networking events and seminars deliver timely, high‑impact opportunities to drive real change. Partnering with Resourceful Women showcases your organisation as a leader in inclusion, innovation and community support while giving you direct access to a large, engaged pool of candidates and clear pathways into trades, technical roles and leadership.
Why Resourceful Women Matters

We focus on Australian workplaces — from regional and metro operations — combining local knowledge, industry partnerships and tailored training links. Our careers and recruitment consultancy connects employers with a community of 40,000+ women across Australia and New Zealand; many of whom are actively seeking meaningful employment in the sector.
